KB Strikes $2.1M Deal To Sell Marks, Domain Names

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 2:13 PM EDT) -- KB Toys Inc. has struck a $2.1 million deal to sell off certain intellectual property — including numerous trademarks and dozens of domain names — to CE Stores LLC, following an auction earlier this month.

KB filed a copy of the asset purchase agreement in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Friday. The auction was held Aug. 6, court papers said. The court will consider approving the sale at a hearing scheduled for Sept. 2.
