Northrop Fails To Dodge Claims In Software Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 3:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has turned aside Northrop Grumman Corp.'s motions to dismiss infringement and trade secrets-related claims in Pegasus Imaging Corp.'s lawsuit accusing the defense technology company of breaching a license agreement and infringing the software maker’s copyright.

Judge James D. Whittemore's ruling, issued Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, denied the defendant's motion to dismiss two counts in the lawsuit for failure to state a claim.
