Lowe's Settles Sexual Harassment Suit For $1.7M

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 12:38 PM EDT) -- Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse Inc. has agreed to pay $1.72 million to settle a sexual harassment suit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of three former employees who claim they were fired for speaking out about sexual hostility in their workplace.
