Judge Signs Off On $21M Superfund Site Cleanup Deal

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted the U.S. government's request to approve a settlement that calls for Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corp. and other defendants to fund a $21 million, eight-year cleanup of a Superfund site in Los Angeles County, Calif.
