Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 3:07 PM EDT) -- Chrysler Canada Inc., Ford Motor Co., Ford Motor Company of Canada Ltd., General Motors of Canada Ltd., American Honda Motor Co. Inc., Honda Canada Inc. and Nissan North America Inc. have prevailed in the multidistrict antitrust litigation alleging the automakers had conspired to keep cheap Canadian cars out of the U.S. market.
