Fund Manager Pleads Guilty To Ripping Off His Family

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 2:28 PM EDT) -- A Beverly Hills, Calif.-based hedge fund manager has pled guilty to charges that he bilked members of his own family and other investors out of more than $25 million from 2003 through 2009.

Bradley L. Ruderman, 46, pled guilty on Monday to two counts of wire fraud, two counts of investment adviser fraud and one count of failing to file a federal income tax return. He now faces up to 51 years in prison.
