Sunoco Can't Seek Costs, Fees From US: Judge

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Sunoco Inc. has lost its bid to seek attorneys’ fees and costs from the U.S. under the Tank Act in a long-running dispute over whether a Philadelphia-area refinery owned by the oil company caused a contamination plume, and whether the U.S. should reimburse Sunoco for the cost of investigating the site.
