1st Circ. Nixes Insurer's Appeal In Attachment Fight

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Saying it lacks jurisdiction, a federal appeals court has dismissed United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co.'s appeal in a fight with fellow insurer Arch Insurance Co. over USF&G's attachment to $3.5 million worth of Massachusetts real estate assets.
