Judge Limits Damages In Kodak, DR Patent Fight

Law360, New York (August 26, 2009, 12:16 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has handed DR Systems Inc. a victory in its patent battle with Eastman Kodak Co. over image display technology, ruling that Kodak can't seek damages for infringement arising before October 2007, when Kodak sent DR Systems a letter saying it was infringing a Kodak patent.
