3rd-Party Defendant's Bid To Toss Shim Suit Fails

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 4:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to grant summary judgment to a plastics maker named as a third-party, breach-of-contract defendant in a product liability lawsuit brought by High Concrete Technology LLC that claims the concrete maker paid more than $1.9 million to fix defective shims it bought from Korolath of New England Inc.
