Judge Upholds E-Verify Rule For Fed. Contractors

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 4:04 PM EDT) -- A judge has shot down a suit by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce challenging a Bush-era executive order that mandates the use of the controversial E-Verify system for federal contractors, paving the way for the regulation to take effect as planned on Sept. 8.
