Ex-i2 Exec To Pay $2M To Bury Hatchet With SEC

Law360, New York (October 17, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The former chief financial officer of software firm i2 Technologies Inc. has agreed to shell out over $2 million in a bid to settle charges with U.S. regulators over his alleged role in misstating $1 billion in software license revenue.

William M. Beecher, the former chief financial officer of Dallas-based i2 Technologies Inc., agreed to a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission without admitting or denying wrongdoing.
