Emergency Stay Denied For Ex-Haynes & Boone Client

Law360, New York (August 28, 2009, 6:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Timothy Frazin's request for an emergency stay that would have prevented his former bankruptcy attorneys at Haynes and Boone LLP from executing on a portion of a $1.2 million malpractice suit judgment until the district court could hold a hearing on the matter.
