Delta Financial Looks To 3rd Circ. In Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Delta Financial Corp. is looking to an appeals court to overturn decisions from a bankruptcy judge and a district court, both of which dismissed DFC's complaint against Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co. and United States Fire Insurance Co. over coverage obligations under directors and officers insurance policies.
