E&Y OT Plaintiff Ordered To Produce Docs

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 4:51 PM EDT) -- In a discovery fight between a named plaintiff and Ernst & Young LLP in a putative class action accusing the firm of exempting its workers from overtime and meal break requirements, a magistrate judge has ordered the named plaintiff to produce only some of the documents the accounting firm requested.

Thursday's ruling, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, came almost four years after the lawsuit was filed.
