Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 4:51 PM EDT) -- In a discovery fight between a named plaintiff and Ernst & Young LLP in a putative class action accusing the firm of exempting its workers from overtime and meal break requirements, a magistrate judge has ordered the named plaintiff to produce only some of the documents the accounting firm requested.
