Wyeth Employees' Don, Doff Suit Moves To Trial

Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A judge has denied summary judgment for the plaintiffs in a suit against Wyeth Pharmaceutical Inc. accusing the company of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to compensate employees for donning and doffing required protective gear.
