Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 6:06 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court ruled Monday that the U.S. Department of Energy didn't violate federal environmental law by breaking its cleanup of a nuclear service center into two parts, rejecting a challenge from a coalition that has fought to improve the site since the mid-1980s.
