3rd Circ. Revives Nationwide Title Dispute

Law360, New York (September 1, 2009, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has breathed new life into a suit Nationwide Life Insurance Co. filed against its title insurer over coverage for a piece of land it acquired as collateral but was blocked from selling, invalidating the policy exemption on which the dismissal was based.
