Intel, Dell Targeted In Chip Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- The same legal team that compelled Intel to pay $225 million to settle a patent lawsuit brought by Intergraph is representing a small firm in another patent suit against the chip maker and computer maker Dell.

MicroUnity Systems Engineering has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Dell and Intel in the U.S. District Court in Marshall, Texas, alleging that the two companies infringe patents for multimedia processing and computer architecture.
