United Diamond Loses Bid To Escape Drill Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 1, 2009, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied United Diamond LP’s request to dismiss the drilling technology company from a suit brought by ReedHycalog UK Ltd. accusing UDLP and several other related entities of infringing a dozen patents for fixed diamond cutter drill bits.
