Intervenor Blocked From Bumble Bee Botulism Suit

Law360, New York (September 2, 2009, 2:03 PM EDT) -- A federal court won't allow the sister of a botulism victim to intervene in a case between Bumble Bee Foods Inc. and an equipment manufacturer whose allegedly faulty food sterilization led to a contaminated batch of hot dog chili sauce.
