FAA Docs Tossed From Cessna MDL

Law360, New York (September 3, 2009, 6:22 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has chucked four internal Federal Aviation Administration documents describing safety concerns for Cessna's 208B-series airplane, in a win for the embattled aircraft manufacturer facing wrongful death claims in a multidistrict product liability action over six separate air crashes.
