Purdue, Texas Best Settle $5M Military Rations Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 1:25 PM EDT) -- Poultry purveyor Purdue Farms Inc. has reached an agreement with Texas Best Authentic Food Products LP, ending a breach of contract dispute in which Purdue accused Texas Best and its Dubai-based partners of withholding $5.1 million in payments and profits related to the sale of Purdue products to the U.S. Military in the Middle East.
