Pa. Poultry Workers' Don, Doff Suit Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has upheld a lower appeals court decision that found former employees of Farmers Pride Inc. had a right under state law to sue for time spent donning, doffing and sanitizing safety gear.
