Liability Still Pending In $50M Coffeyville Oil Spill

Law360, New York (September 9, 2009, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A Kansas refinery and two of its insurers will have to wait for a response to summary judgment requests in a suit over an 89,000-gallon oil spill that triggered damage claims exceeding $50 million, now that a federal judge has granted one of the insurance companies time to respond to new information.
