ITA Extends Probe Of Duties On Argentine Honey

Law360, New York (September 9, 2009, 2:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration has announced it will need more time to conduct a review on honey dumping from Argentina, citing the complexity of the issue.

The agency said Wednesday it would add 107 days to the deadline for a review into anti-dumping duties assessed against Asociacion de Cooperativas Argentina, an Argentine honey producer.

With the new deadline, preliminary results on the duties will be due no later than Dec. 18, rather than Sept. 2.
