Black Box Can Revise Avaya Antitrust Complaint

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Telecommunications systems service and maintenance company Black Box Corp. has received a green light to file a second amended complaint revising a dismissed illegal tying claim in its antitrust suit against Avaya Inc.

Judge Garret E. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed off on a memorandum opinion Tuesday granting in part and denying in part Black Box's motion for leave to file a new version of its complaint.
