Fosamax Jurors Get Daylong 'Cooling-Off Period'

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 12:38 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing a bellwether Fosamax trial is giving jurors a chance to simmer down, as tensions run high in their debate over whether Merck & Co. should be held responsible for the jaw deterioration of a woman who took the osteoporosis drug for years.
