DMCA Claim To Proceed In Avaya Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 6:10 PM EDT) -- Avaya Inc.'s allegation that Continuant Inc. and other rival telephone maintenance companies violated the Digital Millennium Copyright Act will survive in a suit in which the defendants are accused of using proprietary information to access Avaya's computerized telephone systems and the plaintiff is accused of antitrust violations.
