Brazil Wants WTO Panel In OJ Dumping Case

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 4:13 PM EDT) -- Brazil has requested a dispute settlement panel from the World Trade Organization to examine a determination by the United States to impose anti-dumping duties on orange juice imports.

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative provided notice in the Federal Register on Friday that Brazil had requested the panel under the Marrakesh Agreement. The USTR is inviting written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in the dispute.
