Verizon Call Workers Denied Class Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A Verizon Communications Inc. call center employee has lost a bid to conditionally certify a collective action accusing the telecommunications company and staffing agency PDS Technical Services Inc. of violating federal labor laws by failing to pay personal account managers overtime wages.
