Class Seeks Judgment V. Manuli In Hose Cartel MDL

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the marine hose industry have asked a judge to grant partial summary judgment against Manuli Rubber Industries SpA, a distributor that pled guilty to criminal charges of conspiracy and bid-rigging in October 2008 for its involvement in the worldwide cartel.
