CIT Cools Steel Cos.' Row Over Netherlands' Duties

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Awaiting resolution in a consolidated case by domestic steelmakers, the U.S. Court of International Trade has continued to stay ArcelorMittal USA Inc.’s challenge to the U.S. government’s revised method of calculating dumping margins for hot-rolled flat steel products from the Netherlands.

On Monday Judge Judith M. Barzilay extended the stay in the suit ArcelorMittal, Nucor Corp. and U.S. Steel Corp. filed pending the resolution of all appeals in the consolidated case launched by domestic steel producers.
