Investors Drop Claims Against Son Of AIG Ex-CEO

Law360, New York (September 15, 2009, 3:29 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in a shareholder derivative suit against American International Group Inc. has granted a motion by the plaintiffs to dismiss claims against Jeffrey Greenberg, son of the company's ex-CEO Maurice “Hank” Greenberg.
