Credit Suisse Execs Summoned In Yellowstone Ch. 11

Law360, New York (September 15, 2009, 2:19 PM EDT) -- The founder of the posh, now-bankrupt Yellowstone Club in Montana has subpoenaed 31 Credit Suisse senior executives and officials, saying he wants answers about whether the Swiss banking giant was running a syndicated loan scheme to bilk businesses while skimming fees.

Subpoenas probing more than $375 million in pre- and post-petition loans extended by Credit Suisse's Cayman Islands branch to the club went out on Tuesday to high-ranking Credit Suisse officers, including Credit Suisse First Boston CEO Brady Dougan and the chairman of the Credit Suisse...
