Lehman Fights PMAC Bid To Ax Contract Claims

Law360, New York (September 15, 2009, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has fought back against PMAC Lending Services Inc.'s request to dismiss breach of contract claims brought by the bankrupt investment giant stemming from residential mortgage loans, arguing that the claims were properly pled.

In a memorandum in opposition to a motion to dismiss two claims, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Lehman said PMAC's motion fell short.
