Court Revives Injunction Bid In Non-Compete Dispute

Law360, New York (October 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court vacated a lower court’s decision not to grant an injunction to water-treatment chemical company Nalco Co. in a dispute with a former employee over a non-compete agreement.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit found no fault with the lower court’s decision to deny Nalco’s bid for an injunction based on the contractual non-competition claim.
