Texas Janitors Launch Lawsuit Over Fair Pay, Benefits

Law360 (October 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Amid stalled contract negotiations, a janitors’ union has taken aim at five major cleaning companies and the city of Houston, filing a federal lawsuit and a slew of labor board complaints in a bid to garner better pay and benefits.
