NLRB Clears Newspaper Union Of Wrongdoing

Law360 (October 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board has reportedly dismissed the first of two claims brought by the beleaguered Santa Barbara News-Press, which accused union officials of misappropriating the newspaper’s name and trademark to create the false impression that management endorsed the union.
