Ex-Fannie Mae Exec Makes Bid To Compel FHFA Docs

Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A former Fannie Mae executive who's under fire in a securities suit against the government-sponsored enterprise has asked a judge to force the Federal Housing Finance Agency to produce documents that she argues will show that the defendants' alleged misuses of a complex accounting standard were "honest mistakes."
