Stay Upheld In ATI Patent Suit V. Major Automakers

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 7:26 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Automotive Technologies International Inc.'s request to lift a stay in two consolidated patent infringement suits against six major automakers, ruling that the cases will not continue until the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office completes its re-examination of eight of the 12 patents-in-suit.
