Ex-Foley Clients Add Claims To Contract Suit Over IP

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 1:20 PM EDT) -- Former Foley & Lardner LLP clients suing the firm for allegedly failing to adequately represent their interests in a patent suit, and for overcharging for its services, have added claims including negligence and fraud to their original breach of contract complaint.
