Disability Complaint Against Orrick 'Frivolous': Judge

Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 7:58 PM EDT) -- A Brooklyn, N.Y., man representing himself in a disability discrimination suit against law firms Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Lipman & Plesur LLP said Thursday that he will appeal a district court's decision dismissing the case as frivolous.

William DiGianni, 28, said lawyers from the firms, which represent various defendants in separate, pending disability cases, have purposely tried to undermine DiGianni's discovery efforts in those cases.
