Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Pfizer Inc. is urging a federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation over its alleged off-label promotion of epilepsy drug Neurontin to issue an order preventing plaintiffs’ counsel and their experts from allegedly trying to tamper with the testimony of plaintiffs’ doctors.
