Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected Intel Corp.'s bid for summary judgment on grounds of invalidity and upheld plaintiff Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation's claim that it never expressly granted the chip giant a license to use university intellectual property in a court fight over a data patent.
