Grasso Appeals Ruling In Compensation Case

Law360, New York (October 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former New York Stock Exchange chairman Richard Grasso has appealed a New York State Supreme Court judge’s ruling that ordered Grasso to give back $100 million in compensation to the NYSE.

“We are very confident in our case,” Grasso told Reuters. “We are very confident that the ruling, on appeal to the appellate division, will be overturned.”
