BCBS Mich. Wants Self-Insurer Class Reconsidered

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has asked a federal judge to reconsider a ruling that certified a class of self-insurers suing Blue Cross for breaching its fiduciary duty by charging fees that allegedly should not have applied to their funds under federal benefits law.
