Amaranth Sues Touradji Capital For $350M

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Defunct hedge fund Amaranth Advisors LLC is suing Touradji Capital Management LP and head Paul Touradji for at least $350 million, claiming that Touradji breached two contracts, including one related to the transfer of Amaranth's base metals portfolio, and misappropriated Amaranth's trade secrets.
