ITA Ups Dumping Margin On Chinese Glycine Co.

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 1:58 PM EDT) -- The International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce has raised the dumping margin for a Chinese chemical company after being alerted to errors in the rate that had been assigned to the company for dumping glycine in the U.S. market.

In a notice published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, the ITA announced that the margin for Baoding Mantong Fine Chemistry Co. Ltd. would be set at 37.18 percent, rather than the 33.67 percent announced last month.
