Hospital Seeks To Toss Doctors’ Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 3:24 PM EDT) -- The Children's Hospital of Central California has asked a federal judge to throw out a suit by doctors who accused the hospital of restricting them from practicing at or referring patients to the critical care neonatal unit at Children's, in violation of federal antitrust laws.
